Are you tasked with rapidly growing a business?

I work hands on with leadership teams to bring an external and objective perspective to the incredibly hard task of business building. The businesses I consult with are typically entrepreneurial in nature, building technology-led, high growth businesses, through disruptive business models. I leverage 10 years of consulting experience, most of that spent in the strategy and operations consulting team at Deloitte and as Head of Operations for a major government programme at HM Treasury, with an additional 5 years experience working with some of the most forward thinking businesses in industry.

During my career I have worked with hundreds of different businesses across sectors and lifecycle, making me an expert-generalist who thrives on frenetic change in complex environments. My focus is on team and leadership development, organisational design and culture, governance and Board effectiveness, growth strategy, operations, and business development and sales.
