Please read this policy before completing your application. By submitting payment for the AI-Augmented Coaching programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms set out below.

1. About This Programme

The AI-Augmented Coaching programme is a six-session live online course delivered via Zoom. It is designed for experienced executive and leadership coaches who wish to explore how AI tools can complement their coaching practice.

Places are limited and offered by application only. Acceptance of your application does not constitute a contract until payment has been received in full.

2. Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT at the current UK standard rate of 20%. A receipt will be sent upon payment; a full VAT invoice is available on request.

3. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of enrolment via Stripe. Payment confirms your place on the programme. We do not offer instalment plans.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Because places on this programme are offered by application and are limited in number, we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been made. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel within 14 days of purchase unless you have expressly requested that the service begins within that period. By completing payment for a cohort that starts within 14 days of purchase, you expressly request early commencement and acknowledge that your cancellation right is lost once the programme begins.

5. Missed Sessions

All sessions are recorded. If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording will be made available to you so that you can catch up before the following session. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed sessions.

6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will be offered a full refund for the affected session on a pro-rata basis.
In the event that the programme as a whole cannot be delivered, a full refund will be issued.

7. Programme Content

Given the pace of development in AI tools and practice, programme content may be updated between cohorts and, where necessary, within a cohort. We will always notify participants of any material changes in advance. The core learning outcomes of the programme will not change within a cohort.

8. Technical Requirements

Sessions are delivered live via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have a working internet connection, a device capable of running Zoom, and access to the AI tools referenced in the programme. Details of required tools and any associated costs will be provided before the programme begins.

9. Data and Privacy

We use your personal data only to administer your place on the programme and to deliver the sessions. Full detail of how we handle your data is set out in the participant consent form you complete before Session 1, which you should read alongside this policy.

Live sessions are recorded and transcribed using Fathom, so that you can catch up on any session you miss. Recordings and transcripts are stored in our Google Workspace and are accessible only to Richard Hughes-Jones and his executive assistant, who is bound by a written confidentiality agreement. They are shared only with participants of your cohort and are never posted publicly or used for marketing. Recordings are retained for 12 months after your cohort ends and then deleted.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
